HOW DO I INSTALL MY ELECTRIC COKKER SAFELY?

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NEW ELECTRIC COOKER SO I WANT TO REPLACE MY OLD ONE WHICH IS STILL INSTALLED PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ME TO TAKE MY OLD ELECTRIC COOKER OUT {IE,HOW DO I SAFETLY UNINSTALL MY ELECTRIC COOKER } AND HOW DO I RECONNECT MY NEW COOKER I WOULD BE DOING THIS WITH THAT GREY ELECTRIC CABLE I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU COULD HELP
