how to remove broken bulb ?

hi, i tried to unscrew the bulb from my cooker and it broke in my hands. need to know if it screws off or pull and what bulb to replace it with. thanks for all your help.make is beko dc5422

turn off appliance at wall
hold the metal bit of the broken bulb with pliers
try turning.If whole lot turns.back off and get someone to hold the bulb holder whilst you turn it out

Thanks for reply. i think its jammed and will need to use force. do u have any suggestions oon how to get it looser or just tough it round. not moving at all.
