how can i find a showr door runner (do not know make)?

Hi, Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but we recently inherited one of these showers, with these 'hook' fittings but we can't for the life of us figure out how to rehang the doors!

not even novellini know the answer! They sent over a pdf for a Quadrant Star unit, but it doesn't use hooks at the base, it uses rollers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

We have just had exactly the same problem but after a great deal of searching have managed to find replacements! The shower cubicle turned out to be a Novellini and the actual code is R03HAR. 30007CH PA6 is a production code. The parts are £7.20 a pair plus £3.60 p.p. (Cheaper than a new shower!) I need 2 runners for my 2005 NOVELLINI LUNES shower enclosure 1400mmx900mm,it has 1 sliding door and 1 fixed,these are rubber roollers with ballbearings,any info much appreciated.

Thanks very much: because I had the same problem (why don't they put vendor information on these showerscreens?) and couldn't find any sollution because I did not know the maker... So now i can order and fix these things (took me two years to find the right info...)

I had the same problemn -- but fortunately retained my original invoice when I purchased the shopwer enclosure

These are from the NOVELLINI STAR Range and are Part Number R03HAR

If you google Novellini Spare Parts you will be able to click through to them, but there is no online ordering


However the UK service/Support number is 01707-299347 and you can place your order over the phone ... £5.50 plus VAT (incl postage)
