Mend Warning Light Changed

Why does my caravan fridge warning light flash on/off in transit?

I have changed the car relay and sockets, also the caravan plugs and the light still flashes on/off at approx.10sec intervals, although I haven't noticed it before, is it in fact designed to do this ?
