how can I replace the starter cord on yard machine push mower?

This is a Yard Machine 4.5 HP 22" cut push mower. I have about 2 more pulls left before the frayed rope breaks. It appears to be inside a mechanism that is riveted. How do I get to the rope.

I need to replace mine too. I have a 4HP Yard Machine, 22" high wheel, with the following numbers:

11A-504c062
1B189B20285
on the fuel tank is a sticker with TBS158U1G1RA:EM

I used a 3/8" wrench and removed the sheet metal cover, it looks like I'll need a new spring as well as a rope. I can not find the part numbers.
