how can i fix drivebelt onto pulley on a whirlpool 6 sense tumble drier?

how do replace the belt on my whirlpool 6 sense drier ,i have a problem getting the pulleys back into position and tightening up the new belt ,the pulleys cant attach to anything and are lying loose,i dont know if theres a rod that goes through them or they are placed in holes,any help and diagrams would really help,thanks
