Mend Victa Mower Lawn Starting Problems

Victa Mower problems?

I have tried on 2 occasions to start the mower. It has done so on both occasions, however it has been very smokey as compared to normal running. On the second occasion I discovered fuel running out of the spark plug. Can some one please tell me what this means and can it be fixed?
