how can I fix my washing machine maytag neptune model mah8700aww ?

my washer stopped just before the final spin which is afast spin . then we checked it out and found nothing. let set for two weeks and turn it on agian and it started working . It had a code of DC, but we rearanged the clothes and it stopped agian. on the firsttime it stopped.
