Mend Lawn Boy 18-20 inch Gas Air Cleaner

fix gas leak from air cleaner area?

approx. 20 year old lawn boy 18-20 inch cut push mower. serial no. 908369 gas leakes out of the air filter. I have removed carb and cleaned every part including the float and float bowl. Still leakes. ? Is it an inexpensive fix?

You need to replace the inlet needle, if the seat is screwed in you will need the replce this as well, this should cure it, if it persists then you will need to replace the carb, this could be expensive if you cannot source a s/h one.
