I have a Toro 20018 Recycler Mower from 2002.
I replaced the Inlet Needle and Clip on the carb float and the Float Bowl O-Ring. Fresh gas is in tank. When I put mower flat on ground gas is leaking form the red tube that sticks out of the air cleaner collar.
Can you advise as to what the problem causing the leak may be?

did you replace the float did you check the needle seat either one could cause these prob.if you shake the float close to your ear you will hear gass in float if its bad the needle seat can also hold the needle down enugh to overload.
