why cant i sign on to msn messenger?

ive tried rebooting, and restoring to a different time, i've tried deleting msn messenger and reloading it. rebooting and restoring didnt work and i cant delete program so i can redownload it. i get a message saying something is missing but i dont remember what it said

msn plays up. sometimes you can sign in and other times u cant.
If you are using AOL then try setting your MTU to 1400. use a program like "drtcp"
