why wont msn let me or my family sign in to msn but everywhere else?
every time we try to sign into msn explorer it does about 4 attempts to get into msn and then it says
"Wer're not able to sign you in. There may be a problem with our service or your internet conection"
we have taken off the firewalls too
ive tried logging in through internet explorer but it comes up "cannot find page"
Please tell me how to fix it?
are you using AOL if so it could be your MTU setting needs to be changed. Download a program called DrTCP and change the MaxMTU to 1400. If you have a router installed you will need to do the same in the router settings. Seems unless you change this setting with AOL you cant sign into msn or access the web site or even windows update site. Could be the same with some other ISP's too.
