how can i fix my veritas 8 alarm?

iv moved in to a property an i hav a veritas 8 alarm it works but i do not knw the coad 4 it so i cant reset it is there a way around resettin the coad plz... i hav had 2 dis connect my alarm cos i can not use it please can some1 help me x x thanks allanna x x
