Talon chainsaw wont start?

Talon chain saw wont start, have spark, but fuel drips from exhaust when attempting to start, saw only used a couple of times any suggestions?

Machine completly flooded, switch ignition off, remove spark plug, crank engine until all the excess fuel in the cylinder is gone, dry spark plug and replace, use no choke and full throttle, crank engine.
