Change air filter?

Where is the air filter on a model 917-378450 Craftman front dr? They charged me $85 to change it last year..yes I turned it up again to clean under the mower. It's a girl thing..

Craftsman Craftsman 917-378450 Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Change Air Filter

If its a Briggs engine, it eill be a paper element, situated under a black plastic cover on the right hand side of the engine, it will be held on with one screw 8mm, if it has a genuine Briggs filter the part no. will be printed on it.
