Mend Electrolux RM429/L Caravan Gas Cold

How can i fix my fridge?

the fridge in my caravan only works on gas but is not getting cold enough & it wont get cold when only on electric, any recomendations gladly recieved (Electrolux RM429/L)

As for the electric not getting cold could be the heating element , As for not getting cold on gas enough sounds like a blockage in the cooling matrix , which means taking the fridge out and turning it upside down leave for half an hour then back up,still fails to work then its a new fridge.
