how do i fix fault on 9651 alarm system k02 tamper?

my alarm will no longer arm correctley and displays k02 tamper i havent moved anything or touched anything it started when my partner opened the garage door whilst i unset the alarm at the same time from the control panal inside the house weather that has any thing to do with it i am unsure but it has seemed to have stemed from there. thanks
