my toyota has jamed, ?

my toyota has jamed, got it about 7 years ago, used just one week then moved, took it out and was working fine, but its jamed needle bar will not move at all even by hand ,
motor still working as can hear it,
can not find manual , please help

its not jamed below, the fabric had snaged few time,s below befor hand, but thats more cost of thin fabric, its jamed at highest point, ,

Hello Sami,
Undo the needle clamp so you will be able to take the needle out, break it if you have to, then take the bobbin case out, then drop the gate down and take out the half moon shaped hook and check for anything stuck round the raceway.
