Mend Hotpoint WD440 Cycle Filter

I have Hotpoint wd440?

On rinse and spin cycle the water seems to filter back and ends up coming out of the dispenser draw, I took the top off and saw the black rubber pipe was a bit low so I moved it right up but it still seems to do it. The machine has been fine for three years. Any Ideas how to fix it.

Hotpoint Hotpoint WD440 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Hotpoint Cycle Filter

Sounds like the appliance isn't draining and is going into full spin with water in the appliance try cleaning the filter.
