Mend Beko FDW65 Dishwasher Years Left

Dishwasher?

I have an FDW65, about 3 years old. Indicator 3 (Eco 45) is flashing and machine will not run. Have turned off and left for 15 minutes but no change. Have you any idea what the problem may be. Thanks
