Mend Sagem PVR6200t Mains Press Button

what is p603?

I uplugged my sagem PVR6200t from the mains, but when plugged back in it displays p603, if i press any button on the remote the display shows 0.0.0.0. press again and er01 press again and er07 then 0-00,02,03 etc until it gets to 24 then er09 and the whole process starts again. What can I do apart from throwing it in the bin?
