Mend Verita 8 Lit Reset Buttons

all zones lit veritsa 8?

all the zones plus power tamper and unset. all lights lit. I tried to reset, non of the buttons are doing anything. the pir,s are activating when i enter a zone but thats it?? can you suggest anything to try please.
