wont start?

Timing is set by the flywheel key, the air gap between the ignition unit and flywheel is 0.3mm, i think you should remove the two allen screws holding the muffler on, remove it and check the condition of the piston through the open exhaust port, any visual damage and the machine will need to come apart as it will never start.
