How to replace a 4 wire plug on a Heater Motor Resistor on a Ford Fiesta?

I need to replace the heater motor resistor on my ford fiesta 1.25z

However when i took the plug out it had melted, can someone tell me how I will replace this?

Would i have to get a new plug? cos i can't get the wires out
