testing heater control valve?

With the engine at normal temp, select the heater to mid hot/cold position and then feel the heater valve it should be pulsating if it's operating normally, if you would like a copy of the fault finding manual contact me on nige110162(at)hotmail.co.uk (replace the (at) with the normal symbol)
