Simpson aquarius 826 heavy duty 6.5 kg - model#22D826S*03 ?

The drain pipe end needs to be kept above top of machine as the pump does not seal against gravity feed through the pump . this is the normal function of the machine and most machines.if the water still drains from the machine but not out of thndrain hose then the pump is leaking or the outer bowl . water would be present under and around base of machine. If neither of these are the problem be more specific ... ie .. Is the drain pump running at the time the water is draining ? To see tilt rear of machine when filling and put ear near to pump and listen for the humming of the motor in the pump no where else.
