I have a Toro RWD Landscaper-1990 - It does not move!?
I have the rear wheel mechanism apart and it seems to be working except I do not understand how the individual rear wheel mechanism engages because they seem to be the problem. When I turn the drivebelt pulley the axle shafts turn but not the wheels. What makes them engage?
