Mend Toro 20016 Lawn Mower Carburetor Engine

Toro GTS model 20016 ?

After i prime the carb, I hold down the throttle handle and pull the starting rope. Motor turns over and begins to run then just dies. Sounds like there is problem with fuel getting cut off from carb. When i hold down the handle,it seems like the spring that opens the carb should move but doesn't. I'm lost

Tip the mower on it's side with the carb up. Loosen the screw in the bottom of the fuel bowl and remove it. Gently clean out the three tiny holes in it with fine wire such as from a twist-tie. Replace the screw and tighten just enough so no fuel leaks out when the mower is back on all four wheels.
