Mend Veritas 8C Light Lights Green

red 24hour light on veritas 8c?

The Red light is ON under the "24Hr." heading. All other lights are GREEN. Input of the Code and Reset makes no difference. Can you please help.

That is the tamper light.

It sounds like something has triggered a tamper circuit. Has a cover been removed from a sensor or the bellbox? Is there a damaged wire?

I suggest getting the system serviced.
