creda storage heater cold?

you have not said what size of heater but they can have various faults,switch off remove cover and reset button on top right hand side this is where model size comes in press button on some models and others with a thermal link which melts you will see a small metal blob on top right if its this model,both are for protection if it gets too hot.All this is assuming that voltage/power is getting to heater.
