Mend LG GR-359SQ Noise Stops Fridge Freezer

LG gr359sq. rattling noise, stops when door opened?

The fridge /freezer works well enough but has developed this rattling noise as if something is working constantly. The noise stops when the fridge/freezer door is opened

there is a circulation fan at the back of the appliance and it sounds as if it is catching.could also be ice build up which can be proved by turning the whole unit off for 24hrs and restarting it
