Mend Samsung RSA1WTMH1XEU Freezer Open Door

I have a Samsung American Fridge Freezer with a noisy fan. ?

I have a Samsung RSA1WTMH1XEU American style fridge Freezer with a noisy fan, when I open the freezer door the noise stops, the vents have to be regularly cleaned as ice seems to build up and block them. Can any one recommend how this can be fixed?

hi you need repair kit to solve this as derfosting alone wont help ..

tel samsung trained engineer 07407 734 204 - he will be able to advise what you need - can post spares over night etc ..

defrost issue.manually defrost it for 24hrs with doors open and then restart it and see if noise goes away.if after a week or so it comes back you are possibly looking at the above mentioned issue
