The fridge freezes up solid and the fan catches on the ice around it making a loud continous noise,sometimes it stops the fan altogether.the freezer temp goes up and down like a yoyo,we have had the samsung RS21DCNS for three years now and had two different people out to it,do you think its possible to fix it,or should we scrap it and buy a cool box,hope you can HELP!!!

I developed this problem this morning and, having seen another thread on these fridges, I rang Samsung. You give them your location, model number and serial number and they dispatch an engineer to replace parts FREE OF CHARGE they have also extended the warranty to five years. What a result!
