Mend Glowarm 24CL Heating Leakage Pressure

How can i fix my glowarm boiler (24cl)?

Can someone please help? I'm having problem with my Glowarm boiler (24cl), not getting any hot water but the central heating is fine. The pressure bar jumps to around 2.6+ and getting drips of water leakage under the boiler. Any suggestions?
