Mend Apollo Water Pressure Hot Leakage

the water pressure is over 3 bar in my apollo boiler how can i reduce it? t?

i have an Apollo boiler the water pressure goes over 3 bar resulting on leakage from the overflow pipe ,the boiler is working fine heating and hot water .the PRV and gauge are new ,could it be any of the switches? please advice.

is the filling link assembly slightly open? if not, will probably be the expansion vessel losing charge. can be re-pressurised manually or failing that a new vessel
