Mend Vaillant ecoTEC Heating Radiators

Cannot turn radiators off,?

I have just moved into a house with a Vaillant boiler. I cannot turn the heating off by any means. I have tried holiday mode and turning the heating dial to the summer mode as instructed. Even with the thermostat turned down they do not go off. Also the hot water supply is poor.

Any ideas.

check the heating control on the boiler timeclock sometimes these get turned to constant as for the hot water did you have a cylinder in your last house as a combi prob wont produce the same flow rate to what ur used to
