Mend Bathroom Taps Turn

My bathroom taps have ceramic discs instead of washers?

These ceramic discs now make groinching noises when you turn the taps off. Can this be repaired?

take the old discs out take them to merchants so you get the same there are a lot out there

buy replacement cartridges and swap them, be careful as the hot and cold are different
