switch off power and remove the plug to the machine-remove 2 screws at the back of machine that hold the lid on push lid towards back of machine it should unlatch then remove lid,looking down into machine from the top on the side that the door handle locks there is a safety latch door lock switch just release it manualy and your door should open. your door latch might need adjusting or replacing check solonoid latch with a test meter if you know what you are doing
