Mend Renault Kangoo Petrol Oil Leak

1999 kangoo 1.4 petrol oil leak ?

There appears to be an oil leak from behind exhaust manifold.Major problem?Also startermotor gone.Had a quick look under bonnet.Could'nt even see it.Difficult job to get at or off?
