What should i buy?

Any steaming cleaner is pretty versitile for most jobs in and around the house. The only type of cleaner which i would not recomend is anything which uses a "shampoo" of any kind, because when you clean any surfice with a shampoo you cant extract it all and it leaves a soapy residue on the floor, which in time attracts more dirt to the area. So just get any steam cleaner and before you use do a "spot test" on a small area (under furniture) just to make sure that it wont cause any long term damage.
