Mend Zanussi ZDT 5053 Dishwasher Heater Repair

Zanussi Dishwasher ZDT 5053 Not Heating ?

No hot water coming into machine, otherwise it works fine , How difficult is it to fit new heater if that is the problem ? Appreciate any help/advice .

CK, could you offer any more detailed instructions?? I.e. how to get at the pcb and heating unit??

I have exactly the same problem. Parts are available at partsmaster.co.uk. I think I will try and look for the pcb problem CK describes, and then maybe relace the heater.

heater is fitted in the base and are a silver tube shape fitted in line with the circ pump and top spray arm duct.This fault has also been known as a burnt out relay joint on the pcb in the fascia panel and can be resoldered to repair it
