Mend Citroen Relay HDI HDi

citreon relay wont start?

citreon HDI relay wont start . the van starts and run all day if i spray easy start in the inlet manifold. but it wont start without it.
what i changed the glowplugs,fuel filter still same problem.

Get a leakback test done on the injectors, if you have a dodgy injector they often won't hold pressure when cold.

Easystart can shatter the piston rings and is not recommended.

needs new fuel pressure regulator or new o rings on the old one .Regulator is on the fuel rail fixed with 2 pins.
