citroen relay 2.8 td hdi, new clutch problem?

hi,have slackened nuts off a couple of turns on gearbox,now turns,i am just wondering if the clutch kit i was sent was for a dual mass fly wheel,mine is fitted with the normal fly wheel..but i checked everything with the old one,and they look the same.it sounds to me as if it is catching on the gearbox and locking when tightened up..there is no washers on gearbox bolts,and they all look the same length....goingto take apart to check....mike

if you have turned engine over backwards whilst doing clutch you might have put timing out..

does it have any sensors that bolt into bell housing around flywheel area,if so are bolts correct length and washers fitted where they should be.[if too long they may be fouling flywheel.]

have you left a socket on one of clutch cover bolts? it's been done before!
