Mend Honeywell 8EP416 Security System Alarm Home

I can't turn off the tamper light on my 8EP416 keypad?

everything works on the alarm I can set it for the normal programme and for the night programme but when I try to turn it off it won't accept the input and the tamper light keeps flashing. Help please
