the boiler is fine when heating the radiaters ?

when heating the radiaters the boiler the radiaters are fine however when i turn on the hot water i get a very loud whining noise

i have a wall fitted alpha 240E boiler. when heating the radiators the boiler is fine, however when i turn the hot water on there is a loud whining noise from the boiler can you advise??
