Mend Dodge Caravan Van Start Turn Over Battery

How can I fix my 98 dodge caravan?

While making a right turn the van just dies. I tried to restart it, and nothing would happen. I put a new battery in and had the alternator checked, that is find. Now it tries to start but won't turn over.
