tricity bendix aw1201w. heater?

Thanks CK....On this machine heater I have live feed at the heater but no neutral.I checked at the heater posts and have a reading from the right hand post and neutral at the power input filter.But no neutral at the left hand post of heater.Is the neutral switched by the pressure switch and/or the programmer?

Put another connector on the neutral element feed wire or at least do a continuity check as a bad crimped connection gives this issue.
also remove presure hose from pressure switch and blow down it in both directions and make sure it clicks.If the pressure switch is an electronic one (will have 3 thin wires to it in a loom) don't blow in to this type as irrepairable damage will occur!
