Mend McCulloch 1300 Washer Leaking Lance

How do i stop my McCulloch 1300 pressure washer handle leaking?

I have a McCulloch 1300 pressure washer and due to it staning in an outdoor shed over the winter, the lance is now badly leaking. I have taken apart the lance handle and removed the valve that holds the spring for the handle. I noticed that there are 3 O-rings on the valve. Is there a way of replacing the o-rings, or does anyone know where I can buy either a complete valve or lance??
