Mend Samsung SR-S2029CSS Sr Fridge

RE: faulty samsung model SR s2029CSS?

When plugged in, the fridge trips the main switchboard, after 3/4 seconds. When small white plug is taken out of circuit board it does not trip but the fridge does not cool to right temperature (or at all).
