Mend Samsung SR-S2028CVW Unplugged Plugged Day

my samsung SR-S2028CVW is not working?

both the fridge and freezer are not working they will not cool down, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked for a day and then stopped working again, the fan worked once it was plugged back in but has stopped again, no one in the area wants to touch a samsung
please can anyone help
